Emmaus: ALBUM OUT 2/19
It's nearly here!
After almost two-years of work, our first album, EMMAUS, will be released on Friday, February 19.
Originally, we set out to see what would happen if we sat with this story from Luke 24. In it, Jesus, disguised as a stranger, walks with some of his followers who have left Jerusalem after his crucifixion. They're heading back to their hometown, dejected, hopeless, confused, and unaware of the reality that he has actually been resurrected. So we sat with this story together until we saw ourselves in it. We wrote some songs together, and this album is the culmination of that. Think of it as a journal of our time together on that journey to Emmaus in our own lives.
